Accessibility

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA across the TimeThis website and app, and we treat accessibility problems as bugs.

What we do

• Use clear page structure, headings and labels so screen readers can describe each page.
• Make every action reachable with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
• Keep text and controls at readable sizes and contrast.
• Describe images with alternative text, and never rely on color alone to show status.
• Respect your system setting to reduce motion.
• Support browser zoom and small screens without losing content.

Known limitations

• Large tables, such as the time entries list and job costing report, can be long to move through with a screen reader. Search and filters help narrow them.
• PDFs saved from the job costing report come from your browser's print feature and may not include full accessibility tags. The same information is available on screen.
• Files you upload, such as scanned day sheets, are shown as they were provided, and we cannot make their contents accessible.
